Our Story

Tailored Coffee Roasters was born from a simple idea: that great coffee should feel personal. Inspired by the clean, intentional approach of Scandinavian coffee culture, we roast every batch in-house at our downtown Eugene roastery on 5th Avenue — small-batch, light-roasted, and always single-origin.

We opened our doors because we believed Eugene deserved a coffee experience built around transparency and craft. From sourcing green beans directly from farmers to dialing in each roast profile by hand, every step is deliberate. The result is coffee that's bright, nuanced, and full of character.

Our Roasting Philosophy

Scandinavian-style roasting means we let the bean speak for itself. We roast lighter than most, preserving the natural sweetness, acidity, and complexity that make each origin unique. Whether it's a washed Ethiopian with floral notes or a honey-processed Colombian with stone-fruit sweetness, our goal is the same: highlight what makes each coffee special.

We source exclusively single-origin beans from farms and cooperatives we trust. Every bag we sell is traceable, seasonal, and roasted fresh weekly.

Two Locations, One Community

Our Downtown 5th Avenue café and roastery is where it all started — a bright, welcoming space in the heart of Eugene where you can watch us roast while you sip your morning espresso. It's a gathering place for creatives, remote workers, and anyone who appreciates a well-made cup.

Our 13th Avenue location sits just steps from the University of Oregon campus, serving students, faculty, and South Eugene neighbors. With free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and a calm atmosphere, it's become a favorite study spot and neighborhood hangout.

What We Offer

At both locations, you'll find espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold brew, and seasonal specials — all made with our house-roasted beans. We pair our coffee with locally made pastries and light bites. You can also grab whole-bean bags to brew at home, sign up for a coffee subscription, or order online for pickup and delivery.
