Grown in the lush highlands of Agaro in western Ethiopia, Yukro comes from one of the world's most celebrated coffee-growing regions. The Agaro area sits at elevations above 1,800 meters, where volcanic soils and dense forest canopy create ideal conditions for complex, terroir-driven coffees. Smallholder farmers in this region carry generations of knowledge, cultivating heirloom Ethiopian varieties under shade that produces exceptional sweetness and floral depth.

In the cup, Yukro opens with vibrant apricot sweetness that carries through each sip. Bright lemon zest acidity lifts the profile with citrus clarity, while delicate jasmine aromatics weave through the finish. The washed processing highlights a clean, transparent cup that lets each flavor speak with precision — a hallmark of Ethiopia's finest washed coffees.
